Three Generations,
One Counter
In 1987, Grandpa Angus hung his first side of beef in a little shop on Maple Grove Road. He believed in two things: knowing your farmer by name, and never rushing good meat.
Not much has changed. His grandkids run the counter now, the sausage recipes are still handwritten in his ledger, and every animal still comes from farms we can drive to before lunch.
Stop by. We'll wrap something special for your table.
